Grace is a 10-year-old purebred Havanese that is actually quite social, with a quiet, reserved manner. She is sweet, well socialized, and has a very enchanting personality. If it were possible to clone a dog, Grace would be the one to clone as she is next to perfect. She weighs about 15 pounds and even this is a perfect weight for her size!
Grace was surrendered to HRI due to a divorce situation. She is house trained, walks well on leash and does great traveling by car. She gets along well with other dogs and isn't fazed by the resident cat, choosing to ignore him.
Grace is in good health, and up to date on all of her vaccines. She had to be shaved down when she entered HRI but her lovely coat is growing back in nicely.
Grace is not a barker and does not hesitate to let visitors know she is there and not to be ignored. Apartment or condo living would suit her perfectly, as long as she has a loving lap to curl up on.
