Happy Beginnings

If you are looking for a happy, energetic Havanese who loves his toys and lots of treats, we think we have the perfect dog. Scruffy is 2 years old and weighs about 14 pounds. His foster mom says he has the most beautiful eyes you can imagine, and if she could, she’d stare at them for hours. He is a very energetic and happy dog and loves to be with his foster family,but really loves his foster brothers.

In his forever home his wish list is for at least one buddy to play with. We don’t think he likes cats very much though. Scruffy likes toys and lots of them. He’s learning his manners and that taking a shoe isn’t very mannerly. He also loves to hang out with his family and watch TV with them. One of his favorite spots to relax is at your feet in bed while you’re watching TV. He loves to give lots of kisses too.

He’s getting very good at potty outside, and his foster mom says he is learning ‘sit, stay’. Scruffy is a very smart dog and a lot of fun. He’s a happy boy especially when he’s surrounded by a LOT of toys and his foster buddies. Oh, and lots of treats are a must for this guy. Scruffy will make a wonderful companion for one lucky family. He’ll need a good fenced yard so he can run like the wind, and of course another buddy to share it with.
