*ADOPTED* Molly is a delightful little parti chocolate girl who came to us from a backyard breeder. As a result, she will ONLY be placed in a home with another dog. Molly is approximately 5-6 years old, she is house trained (though I would expect her to lapse some when she is placed), and in good health. She was shaved to the skin when I got her, so she is still growing out her beautiful coat.
Living with Molly is like living with a puppy. You will need to work on obedience skills, teaching her to play with toys, and encouraging her so she feels confident about herself. She loves to snuggle and she loves to be petted and scratched around her ears. She would be very happy if your dog would play with her. She can be shy, and she takes being reprimanded to heart because she so wants to please you.
Molly needs a patient, loving and gentle person/family. The dog you adopt today will not be the dog you have in a year after she has blossomed into a confident and loved little girl.
She will NOT be placed with a family with children under 13. Sudden movements and loud noises scare her too much. Molly is being fostered in North Carolina.
