Bear passed away January 2017 of a fast moving spinal sarcoma.
Bear is a 5 year old, 15-pound sweet boy with tan, brown, and gray hair. He is sporting a short puppy cut right now and his coat will be stunning when his hair grows longer. Bear really enjoys playing with his foster brothers and sister and is such a happy boy. He has a tail that wags so fast, it's hard to see it!
Bear is a classic Havanese Velcro dog, following his foster mom from room to room. He is house-trained (with or without a doggy door) and would be a great part of YOUR daily exercise routine, as he loves nice, long walks.
Bear loves to eat, and when it is mealtime, he dances and walks on his hind legs and jumps high to see what is on the kitchen counter. He is well-mannered enough that he returns his feet to the floor and does not "counter-surf."
Bear's wish list includes having a dog buddy to play with and a human home with him most of the time.
Bear is being fostered in NC.
