Fourteen week old Toby is four pounds of frisky, feisty, adorable fun. He is new 
to rescue and may need surgery in the future due to a deformity in his rear leg. This darling little chocolate parti boy has the drive to help him make an excellent recovery, if it is needed.
Toby has trouble balancing and walking at this time, but manages to get around in search of fun and trouble. He loves harrassing his three older Havanese foster siblings, chewing on things, playing with toys and chasing after a ball. He thinks attention is great and loves to be picked up and have his tummy rubbed.
