Chloe came into HRI in September 2007, an eight-year-old former breeding dog. She was a beautiful black, grey, and white Havanese, a pure sweetheart, and as Velcro as they come.
Chloe was a very mellow, well-behaved Havanese that loved children, babies, young and old people. She even loved cats.
She was crate trained and leash trained and enjoyed playtime with the Havanese in her foster home.
She came into rescue a little uncertain but soon began feeling like one of the pack. You can see the difference in the first two photos.
Chloe hit the jackpot when she went to her forever Home! Her mom and dad took great care of her, and she turned out to be a great traveler. She loved to look out the window from her car seat. Her mom would take her on bicycle rides. Mom got the exercise and Chloe got to smell all the exciting smells in the air.
As Chloe grew older, she still looked like a puppy and enjoyed her life and family so much. She lived to be 19 years old and leaves her family and all those who knew and loved her missing her sweet presence.
