Skinner is a gentle little soul who is very shy, but incredibly loving and sweet. He has only been in our care for a short time, but is slowly learning that humans can be kind after a previous life with not much exposure to new experiences. He is a low-energy pup who would prefer a quiet household, but would welcome the company of another dog. Skinner also enjoys a good snuggle on the sofa.
Skinner would be well suited for life with an older couple. He has not been around children and once introduced they would have to be super considerate of his personality and demeanor. Skinner likes other dogs, but has yet to meet any cats during our time with him.
Skinner is making great daily progress. He is learning to be trusting, working hard on house training and has been a dream to crate train. This boy just needs love, attention and consistency. He also watches and learns from his furry foster sister. Stay tuned for more updates on this sweet boy as he spends more time with us. We just know he will blossom to his full and fabulous potential!

A fee will be requested to adopt this dog. The recommended fee amount will be based on the dog's age, and medical and behavioral issues, if any. A completed application is required if you are interested in adoption.
