If anyone is looking for a Havanese that worships and adores your every move, and wants only to be cuddled and loved, we think Mojo may be the man. He is upbeat, joyful and only wants to be with you. Mojo is a little over 11 pounds and is 3 years old. He’s white, with silvery blue on his ears and the tip of his tail.
He came to us matted, so he sports a shaved down hairdo until his fur grows out a bit. Regardless, Mojo is stunning. He is housebroken (almost there), neutered, healthy, crate trained….but is so snuggly he’d rather sleep in your bed at night! He is very alert and attuned to your feelings and always ready to comfort when something comes on TV that might make you sad. His foster mom said she was watching one of these sad movies, and as a tear slowly rolled down her cheek, Mojo, in her lap of course, stared intently at each eye. He then rested his head on her shoulder to help make her happy again. Mojo came from a family who obviously cherished him. They felt that Mojo deserved more attention than they were able to give.
Mojo has never met a dog, cat, or child he doesn’t like. In fact, he loves children. He exhibits behavior that would probably pass any ‘therapy’ dog test. He loves to jump and bounce, so agility might be something he’d enjoy. He loves to fetch and plays happily with his foster brothers. He loves playing with them running full speed chasing each other. Mojo and his foster brothers all love to go ‘bye-bye’ in the car….he would be a fun little traveler!
Mojo’s wish list in a forever home should have at least one little doggy friend to make him happy and play with. At least one family member who stays at home most of the time is also part of his wish list. Older, respectful children would be fun as well but not necessary. His family will need to be committed in giving lots of love and attention to Mojo, along with belly rubs and ear scratches. This gentle soul is nothing but pure sweetness and joy and deserves no less. It will be a very special family that will have Mojo as a family member.
Mojo is being fostered in Texas
